Best. Pizza. Ever. Honestly I think it will be hard to ever find a place that beats Bookies. I am a die hard fan. The maitake mushroom wings and pepperoni pizza are my go to. Although, I have tried almost everything else on the menu. I can safely say I enjoyed every single item.
What makes them inauthentic? Maybe it's the fluffy focaccia-like dough, the crispy cheese on the crust, or the unique flavor combinations. Well, either way...I am all here for it!
I would recommend trying out their seasonal pies just to get a feel for their creative use of seasonal fruits and veggies.
